<p>North Somerset Council are inviting quotes for the design and installation of core Dairy Piloting plant into one of the Product Development Rooms at The Food WorksSW forming one of the critical parts of the Food Innovation Centre. This will require the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of equipment that will form the basis of a specialism for this Regional Centre. Detailed descriptions of products or services (Lot 2) The supplier will be required to design, manufacture, supply and install plant and equipment that will provide the basis for processing within Development Kitchen 1. The items and work required for this Lot will provide the ability to store and mix ingredients prior to distribution to product specific equipment. Core equipment required in this Lot (2) includes: &bull; Mixing and holding tanks &bull; Pumps &bull; Flexi hoses The final processing equipment is not included in this work but will allow for a range of different dairy and non-dairy products to be developed including: cheese, yoghurt, ice-cream and butter.</p> Keywords: Dairy, Food Equipment
