Tender description

The Welsh Government appointed a Contractor to construct the primary infrastructure required to serve the future development of Land at Ty Du, Nelson. The works included; the construction of 1.1km of new highway, associated drainage, utilities infrastructure and landscaping to facilitate future development and 0.6km of quarry access road. The site is situated approximately 0.5km to the south of Nelson town centre, within the County Borough of Caerphilly.
