Replacement of patio area and construction of hardstanding area

Tender description

This tender is split into three elements. 1. Tender for the supply of labour to remove existing patio slabs, preparation of sub surface, and laying and securing of the new patio slabs as described in section 2. The current patio consists of approx. 170sq m of existing concrete slabs of 600 x 600 x 60. 2. Supply of patio slabs in natural sedimentary patterned stone characterised by rosy brown, tan, sienna and grey colours. The slabs will be of mixed sizes to produce a staggered pattern. An example photo of colours and layout has been included in Brief to Contractors Document 3. Construction of a concrete pad to house new wheelie bin station. The concrete pad will be 4m x 5m in size and be fully enclosed with a timber construction screen fencing on three sides and a double gate opening outwards on the fourth side. The fence and gate will be approx. 1.8m in height. The works tendered will need to be complete by the 25th March 2022. For full details see the attached Brief to Contractors Document.
