Tokyo: Enabling Works

Tender description

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking tenders from experienced contractors to carry out enabling Works at the British Embassy, Tokyo, Japan. The British Embassy Tokyo enabling works project will facilitate the disposal of land owned by the British Embassy to the Mitsubishi Corporation. The project will facilitate the severance of the sale land from the retained land, and it will undertake enabling works to prepare the compound for future project works; these are the two key objectives. The works will make it possible to provide Mitsubishi Corporation full possession of the sale area defined as 'South Land', by 30th September 2022. Defined elements of the works will require to be delivered by this date in order to facilitate, with the remaining defined works to be all complete by 30th November 2022. Additional information: Recipients are invited to submit a bid, together with any requested supporting information, to the Client by the due date for return (15:00hrs (GMT) 26th January 2022).
