Relocation of Clydeview Primary School to Daisy Park Community Centre, Motherwell

Tender description

The Council is seeking to establish a contract for the relocation of pupils at Clydeview Primary School an existing space at Daisy Park Community Centre and forming six classrooms which can hold up to eight pupils and two teachers in each classroom, including alterations to existing hall and toilets. The Works comprise the conversion of the existing Daisy Park Community Centre to accommodate Clyde View School. The proposed works include the provision of the following : - Converting existing rooms into classrooms Converting adult toilets into children's toilets Staff rooms Reception and Admin Area. Toilet Facilities Converting existing Gym Hall to classrooms and Dining Area External Work
