This requirement is for two aspects of training both delivered virtually. 1) Product Leadership Online Training Eight ITS delegates to undergo training in developing leadership skills. The training is aimed at practicing product professionals who want to strengthen their people and leadership skills, teaching delegates how to align the stakeholders and guide the development team, both in the office and in a remote setting, enabling delegates to become inspiring, inclusive product leaders. The specific training is instructor-led workshops with a mix of lectures, discussions, hands-on exercises, and plenty of Q&A - Increase Your Influence and Build Trust - Choose the Right Leadership Style - Set the Right Goals - Secure Strong Support for Your Decisions - Manage Challenging People and Resolve Conflict - Succeed in Having Difficult Conversations - Lead Agile Teams in the Right Way - Successfully Take on a Product Leadership Position 2) Product Management Health Check The Head of Product Development has identified the Product Management Health Check consultation as training that would help improve the Product Management team performance:- The health check delivers a set of actionable and prioritised improvement measures that can be implemented straight away, and looks at the following four areas: - People incl. product roles and responsibilities, skills, learning and development plans - Process incl. innovation, portfolio, discovery, and other product management processes - Tools covering product portfolio, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and requirements - Organisation incl. product management processes - Tools covering product portfolio, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and requirements - Organisation incl. product management's place on the org chart, the degree of product management's empowerment, and the strength of product leadership.
