BSH/CEN/South Bristol Cemetery Drainage Works

Tender description

Bristol City Council are seeking to appoint a Drainage Contractor to undertake drainage works within two areas at the South Bristol Cemetery & Crematorium, Bridgwater Rd, Bedminster Down, Bristol BS13 7AS. The South Bristol Cemetery Expansion (SBCE) project aims to improve the quality of the current cemetery and expand the number of burial plots and memorialisation offers available. Drainage for areas C and M will be the first phase or works for the project and will include any necessary repairs, including replacing connections to the drainage system currently in place in the remainder of the cemetery as well as minor landscaping & footpath works. The second phase of the project will be delivered by a Building Contractor due to be procured during the first phase.
