Tender description

City of York Council (CYC) requires a contractor with extensive knowledge and experience in maintaining, repairing and installing commercial passenger and platform lifts in accordance with the latest relevant British Standards in a wide range of commercial properties. CYC wishes to enter into an agreement with one contractor to deliver the annual maintenance programme for commercial passenger lifts and platform lifts. This service will start on 1st April 2022. The contract will be initially for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods. The maximum contract period will be 4 years.
