Tender description

Bournemouth & Poole legacy Councils jointly entered into a 4 year SLA agreement for a service that would help identify and steer community groups into viable development opportunities and ensure any CLT groups that formed were operating within the correct guidelines and help them not only identify opportunities but help guide any groups through to development that are finally delivered. This SLA ended April 2021. Christchurch was also part of an SLA which was entered into by the Dorset Councils. The Council are now in a position where a new SLA is required to progress projects and use identify other opportunities to utilise this funding.
