<p>Thank you for expressing an interest in this prior information notice (PIN). Please see the attachment “PIN_2122-0220” for details of the PIN. </p> <p>In the proposed procurement a weighting of 20% will be allocated to social value. This element of the tender submission will be evaluated via the Social Value Portal (SVP). </p> <p>Bidders are advised to review the attached draft document (“TOMs instructions for PIN”) which helps to explain more about the process and what bidders will be required to do.
