Mochdre Infants School - Replacement of Metal Windows and External Painting

The works are to comprise of undertaking window replacements to an existing infants school located in Mochdre, Colwyn Bay North Wales.LL28 5EF Works are to include the removal of existing metal opening windows and associated timber sub frames generally to the perimeter at ground floor level and at a higher level to the nursery section of the school. New windows are to be in PVCu but with the addition of opening restricted sashes fixed into openings of traditional construction with traditional finishes At the conclusion of the works the school is to be redecorated externally to include all previously painted surfaces including the render as per the specification.
