NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 December 2021 for the following reason: closing date ammended(External and communal area painting work to a two storey complex of 34 leasehold flats.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
