Tender description

The Office of Public Works (OPW) intends establishing a multiparty framework contract for the purposes of delivering on design and construction of fit-out and refurbishment works in buildings. This tender competition is for construction works contractors (with design team) for inclusion in framework. The tender requires contractors to demonstrate a minimum capacity and capability in general building, mechanical and electrical works, either as a single economic entity or as a team with the required specialists. The framework also requires the successful framework participants to have both architectural and mechanical and electrical engineering consultants as part of their team.
