Tender description
• Lock changes for all properties. • Appropriate landlord compliance checks and certificates: Landlord Gas Safety test, electrical safety tests, asbestos survey and removal, if required, water hygiene safety test, if required, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s), if required. • Clearances and cleaning of properties and associated gardens, where required • Repairs/works required to reinstate the property prior to the next tenant moving in: Finishes, Kitchen fittings, Bathroom fittings, Electrical installations, Plumbing and waste.
