Tender description

Transport for Wales Rail Limited have a training plan to meet the requirements for the introduction of new fleets as well as an uplift in service from the Dec 2023 timetable changes. This plan requires a recently acquired office floor space in Chester to be configured to accommodate sufficient training rooms and the housing of a brand-new train simulator.
