Tender description
The arrangement that is the subject of this notice is Heads of Terms to be entered into by Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust ("the Trust") and North Lincolnshire Council ("the Council") in relation to a proposed lease of Scunthorpe Market Site, Church Square, Scunthorpe ("the Site") to be used by Trust staff for residential accommodation (the "Proposed Lease"). The term of the Proposed Lease will be 25 years with various break clauses in favour of the Trust. Lot 1: Land transaction falling outside of the public procurement regime.
