Removal of existing natural slate roof covering removal of battens, provide new felt lath and roof slate covering to pitched roof with insulation at ceiling level, provide and fit new flat roof covering with insulation, demolish existing chimney, Demolish section of damaged external wall, and complete repairs and all ancillary works & disposal of all waste materials off site.
