<p>This is a B&NES Council Contract This Invitation to Tender is being carried out for General Building Work for the provision of refurbishment and extension to an existing property. Theobald House is located at 46 Dartmouth Avenue in Bath. It was formally residential, specialising in the provision of services relating to accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care with learning disabilities. The facility has now closed and the building vacated.
