The refurbishment of Harvester Way Lot 1: 3 month refurbishment, the Scope of work requires a design and build contractor to extend the existing office accommodation into space currently used for storage racking, creating a second office space, storage areas and separate kitchen space. The existing WCs will also be reconfigured and refurbished.
