Tender description

The works are alterations and refurbishments at our Sherwood office building, Nottinghamshire. The works include removing/installing partition walls, decorating, flooring, lighting, plumbing and a significant amount of IT cabling. We expect the works to be delivered before the beginning of May 2022. We expect the office to be closed for a period of two weeks while the IT cabling is renewed, but we would expect the works to be phased to allow the gradual reopening of the office to allow staff to return as soon as possible. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
