Chemistry Fume Cupboards - Phase Two (Expression of Interest Stage)

To express an interest in this project, please access the attached documentation, fill and return through In Tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/lancaster/aspx/Home). This project involves the creation/construction of a new ground floor lab facility which will house 24nr new (CleanAir) Fume Cupboards - the works will consist of remodelling existing ground floor office space to create the new lab as well as the creation of new office space in an adjoining building. All associated works such as the construction of an external new independent plant room with new AHUs and ventilation system, modification of the existing rooftop plant room, modification of the existing medical gases/modification of existing heating system and small power/data, and the supply and install of the 24nr fume cupboards will also be part of the project. Adjacent car park will be the site compound. The proposed construction start date is beginning of May 2022, with construction completion end of September 2022. The construction value it estimated to be £1.2 - £1.5 million.
