Systems Delivery and Integration Services Framework

Tender description

The BBC intends to establish a Framework Agreement of Suppliers who will deliver general systems delivery and integration services, in addition to specialist SAP product services. The BBC is acting on its own behalf and as agent BBC Commercial Holdings Group. The Framework Agreement is divided in to 2 separate Lots. Tenderers may bid individually for one Lot, or both Lots - where they meet the relevant minimum standards. The following is the expected total value of spend for each Lot on the Framework Agreement, for the full potential of Term (48 months). This includes the Initial Term (36 months) and Extension Period (12 months): Lot 1 - Systems Delivery and Integration Services - General Annual value range between: £4,000,000 - £5,000,000 (GBP) Total value range between: £16,000,000 - £20,000,000 (GBP) Lot 2 – SAP Product Specialist Services Annual value range between: £4,000,000 - £5,000,000 (GBP) Total value range between: £16,000,000 - £20,000,000 (GBP) NB – the total value is not committed spend, and is therefore only an expectation of spend that could be made through the Framework Agreement. The total value includes spend anticipated from both the BBC and BBC Commercial Holdings Group. Lot Lot 1 - Systems Delivery and Integration Services - General: Systems Delivery and Integration Services Framework The Lot is targeted at bespoke development, quality assurance and testing of BBC internal facing systems. The scope of the systems covered is therefore wide in terms of individual project size and function covered. Providers could be engaged for complete end to end bespoke systems delivery and support work, as a long term delivery partner at any stage of a systems development product lifecycle, or for the provision of discrete delivery capabilities at any part of the systems development product lifecycle. Lot Lot 2 – SAP Product Specialist Services: Systems Delivery and Integration Services Framework The Lot covers a range of SAP services such as installation and delivery of SAP services, innovation, updates and solutions for existing services, SAP associated cloud services.
