Tender description
Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the development of a Sub Regional Children’s Assessment Centre. It will incorporate three structures, comprising an unplanned assessment house, a planned assessment house and a workshop, inclusive of all external works and drainage at the former Meadow Lodge Site, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay.
