Tender description

Refurbishment of existing toilet-provision of baby changing facility; new pvc floor; replacement wall tiles and grouting; new ceramic wc pans with ips panels to new concealed cisterns; new wash hand basins to disabled wc and baby changing; new integrated whb/dryer/soap dispenser within ips panel unit; relocation of nie meter cupboard and distribution boards; clean internal, external surfaces and roof; new replacement lights internally and externally; replacement external doors and windows; replace water heater and wall heaters; replacement metal urinal with ceramic urinals (and lower floor); paint walls, doors, window grills, ceilings and metalwork; new mechanical extraction; provision of 300mm roof insulation and insulate pipes; new stud wall to form smaller store with shelving; new tarmac surface; new tarmac ramp and railings.
