Tender description

CCS is issuing this corrigendum to clarify that, whilst the framework is not intended to provide the main sourcing routes for new hospitals within the New Hospital Programme (NHP), for the avoidance of doubt, NHP does reserve the right to use it. This reserved right was stated in the PIN. In light of this clarification, on 23 November 2021, CCS reopened the invitation to tender for: i. any potential bidder wishing to now submit a tender for Lots 1, 2 and/or Lot 3 only; ii. bidders who have previously submitted a tender to consider whether they wish to amend and resubmit their tender(s) for Lots 1, 2 and/or 3 only. The deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday 23 December 2021 at 9:59. For the avoidance of doubt, bidders who have already submitted a tender for Lots 1, 2 and/or 3 do not have to resubmit their tender(s) if they determine that the omitted text does not affect their original tender(s) submission. However, should any bidder choose to tender for Lots 1, 2 and/or 3 do so in the knowledge that the new tender(s) shall supersede any tender(s) for the same lot previously submitted to CCS. For the avoidance of doubt, Lot 4 and Lot 5 are unaffected by this change. Bidders are not permitted to submit or re-submit a tender for these two Lots.
