Tender description
Novas is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to undertake works on Novas owned properties. Such works will include retrofitting existing buildings to bring them up to current building regulations, minor upgrading works, enabling works and other such projects that may arise from time to time. Novas are currently in the process of acquiring a range of domestic properties for Social Housing needs through the geographical areas referred to in this document under the Rebuilding Ireland Programme.
