Tender description
Schoolhouse Lane Car Park is approximately 34m x 45m on plan and consists of seventeen split levels. The project consists of maintenance and repair work to the waterproofing membranes on the upper floors and repairs to damaged concrete, corroded rebar and structural steel, masonry crack repairs and concrete beam monitoring.
