Tender description

The project is to protect, make safe and water tight the building known as Haringey Civic Centre. The building is Grade 2 listed and is currently vacant. The roof is suffering from water ingress mainly to the perimeter parapets and copings. In addition there is severe corrosion to the concrete panels to the 4th floor along with concrete failure to the soffits. The works comprise of Roof repairs and access scaffold.
