Modification Notice Original description: Part of the refurbishment works are funded through the RetroFIT for the FUTURE project from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Details of the ERDF funded elements are listed below. All elements of this project from procurement through to the completion of works on site will comply with ERDF regulations. Description of the modifications Extension of time agreed with ERDF Funding due to covid-19 Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: Due to Covid-19 this has presented delays within time. Extension of time for the contractor has been granted for completion on 26th November 2021. No costs modifications have been approved for this contract modification.
