Tender description

Under the Additional Accomodation Scheme 2021 we have been approved funding for the following project. The project consists of the design and construction of additional accommodation on the school grounds. Accommodation will comprise of – 1 x 80m2 Mainstream inc Ensuite (95m2 incl walls and circulation), 1 Classroom SEN base (207 m2 inc walls and circulation), 1x 15m2 SET room Rental of 1 x 80m2 temporary prefab required from Sept 22 to June 2024 We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant for this project as advised by the Department of Education. The role must be occupied by a registered architect.
