GB-Colchester: Garage Refurbishments - Colchester

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to its garage stock within the Borough of Colchester. The Contracting Authority has a requirement for refurbishment of 52 garages on 7 sites across the Borough of Colchester for financial year 2021/2022. Sites for any future years' work will be identified in early 2022. Refurbishment is to be defined as replacement of the roof coverings, doors, guttering and downpipes, and to install fascia's. Full details of the requirements and locations are detailed within the Specification and associated documents Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
