Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction of a short length of new highway, with associated drainage and services for the proposed development at Meadowfield, County Durham. The major elements of the works will comprise of the following: • Extension of an existing road that terminates short of the development site • Extending the existing services in the verge adjacent to the road • Extending the existing highway drainage • Placing and spreading excavated material within the site boundary • Exclusion measures at completion, concrete blockers to prevent unwanted vehicle access Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
