Future High Street Development Manager

Tender description

Freshney Place Grimsby has an over-provision of retail space and the Top of Town Market is housed in a dated inward looking market building. To address this, the Council and the owners of Freshney Place shopping centre, submitted a bid to government for the Future High Street Fund, to promote a leisure led scheme. The investment strategy is aimed at addressing market failure to extend the town centre leisure offer, bringing renewed vibrancy to improve the town centres day and evening economy experience. The project is currently undergoing further due diligence to evolve the concept scheme, including stage 1 design. North East Lincolnshire Council (the Council) and Capreon (Asset Managers of Freshney Place Shopping Centre) are now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Development Manager to lead the delivery of the project on a day-to-day basis. The partnership are looking for a Development Manager which the necessary skills who can manage the delivery of the scheme that meets the partnerships vision in line with the cost requirements.
