Tender description

The DPS covers planned maintenance, minor works, external groundworks, civil works and short-notice reactive maintenance. There are around 70 key sites. The remaining sites require minimal attendance and maintenance. Lot Category One: Handyman Maintenance Services Category One involves services to fix minor building faults and covers: roofing, brickwork and masonry, carpentry, internal/external decoration, plastering/tiling, flooring, glazing, minor refurbishments, locksmith, fire proofing and steel fabrication and ironmongery. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/KYBMSEGN35 Lot Two: Category Two - Planned Preventative Maintenance Category Two covers inspection/servicing/maintenance of: mechanical systems (heating & hot water), air conditioning, air handling, fire dampers, electrical systems, emergency light testing, high level floodlighting, lighting columns, passenger and goods lifts, building management systems , automatic doors, access gates and roller shutters, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, fire equipment, evacuation equipment, intruder alarm (excl CCTV), drainage, sewage pumps, lightning protection systems, roof access failsafe and protection systems. Also, roof and gutter cleaning, water hygiene services, water risk assessment, swimming pools (TVC sampling.) Lot Three: Category Three - Minor Works Category Three - Minor works including: minor building projects, windows and doors replacement and roofing.
