Tender description
The States of Guernsey are seeking Expression of Interests to support a programme of works to upgrade/replace their existing Building Access Control System. The requirement for this EOI is for suppliers to provide information relating to access control system that you provide and support through installation and continued software/service support. It would be favourable to the supplier if they have a direct link with Guernsey for an on-island support solution for their system, either through a 3rd party supplier or ideally through your own support services. Alternatively, if the system can be support remotely, then please explain what level of on-island training would need to be provided to in-house staff for basic fault diagnosis and rectification. Please provide information of systems that you feel would meet these requirements in the form of brochures together with technical data requirements, together with evidence of previous installation on this scale.
