Tender description

The upgrade and Refurbishment works at Ballyduff Storehouse will take place in the village of Ballyduff Upper, Co. Waterford. it is proposed that the three-storey building be used as a gym at second floor level, a general purpose room at first floor level and a shop/café at ground floor level. Structural works will include the removal and replacement of the existing roof including the installation of a concrete ring beam, the construction of internal partitions using both block and flat and timber stud partitions, upgrading of existing timber floor build-ups and the reinforcement of existing timber beams. Other works include the removal and replacement of all windows and doors throughout and a complete internal fit out including plumbing and electrical works.
