Tender description

The works will include stripping out and removal of redundant services, ceiling tiles and partitions. The package will also include the removal of unnecessary partitions, doors, and the formation of new openings to support the new building layout. The project is subject to a requirement to achieve a BREEAM "Very good" rating and so this will apply to this enabling package of works. Tendering Contractors must be ISO 14001 accredited or equivalent as per section 8. The term of the contract shall be 8th November 2021 until 10th December 2021. There will be no option to extend these dates as the completion date is linked to the commencement of the main body of works. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on 27th October 2021.
