Tender description

Newent Market House is a Grade II listed building set in a town centre location. The proposed work is as follows: • Repairs to timber frame externally. • Replacement of cement external infill panels to timber framing. • Overhaul to rainwater goods. Lot 1: Single contract for repairs to a medieval listed timber-framed Market House. Contractors will need to be able to demonstrate experience of carrying out repairs to similar buildings.
