The construction project is for conversion of the St. Mary's Church, Garth Road, Bangor, to provide the artistic, administration, and storage needs to support Fran Wen's activities locally and across the region. It's nature is primarily conversion, but with a significant element of structural alteration to provide the new building entrance, new main floor structure, mezzanine floors, and improve accessibility. External work include landscaping and re-surfacing along with seating, cycle stores, and car parking and a community kitchen garden
