Tender description

The works comprise; - Erecting external fully enclosed scaffolding to part of the north-east elevation, adjacent the Concourse flat roof, including provision of a canopy - Erecting internal scaffolding and full protection/screening to safeguard the public and users of the building from the works - Removal of existing glazing and related framing to the north-east elevation, including a mono-pitch upper glazed roof above and fire escape stairwell enclosure adjacent -Provision of new insulated roof panels and new related framing to the mono-pitch upper roof (Approx. 75m2) - New façade construction, comprising; insulated wall panels, integrated windows and curtain walling, all on new structural elements/framing to both north-east elevation and to form a new enclosure to the fire escape stairwell, (Approx. 90m2 wall cladding, 30m2 windows and approx. 40m2 curtain walling) - New upper and lower flat roof construction to the fire escape enclosure, (Approx. 20m2) - Making good and limited alterations to internal areas/finishes affected by the main works, including decoration
