Tender description

Raven is seeking Valuation Specialists to provide the following services for the 2022/23 financial year, plus up to four additional years subject to satisfactory performance: • Accounting Valuations Full valuation across all stock once every three years, starting in the 2022/23 year; Desktop valuation across all stock for each of the interim 2 years; • Reinstatement Valuations Insurance reinstatement valuation once every three years, starting in the 2022/23 year, to cover all housing stock, leasehold units, investment properties; • Banking Valuations Valuation of Secured Units. The successful applicant must also be part of the banking valuation panels for Barclays, Lloyds and L&G; • Ad Hoc Valuations Ad hoc valuation advice for projects that will take place during this period such as security charging exercises (majority of which will require applicant to be part of the banking valuation panel as per above section).
