Western Care Association invite tenders from competent suppliers for the supply of a NEW 7 – seat wheelchair accessible Vehicle for use within Co Mayo. Please note your proposal needs to include the information below. Failure to address each item may result in exclusion from the competitive process and any response that is not in the requested format may be rejected. You must clearly provide; o Business Name, address, telephone, email & VAT number o Detailed quotation addressing Specification of Requirements at Appendix 2 and include cost of vehicle, conversion, & VRT o Delivery timeline – Vehicle must be available for immediate delivery o Warranty provisions - a minimum period of 24 months is required o Your costs must be itemised in Euro with VAT rate and TOTAL quote amount clearly outlined. o You must provide your current Tax clearance certificate/tax access number A digital copy of the tender must be submitted to the e-tenders post box NO LATER than Friday29/10/2021 @ 5pm. 6.0 Additional Information • No additional fees or costs, other than those originally quoted for the services when tendering will be paid, and any additional fees or costs will be borne by the tenderers themselves, unless otherwise agreed. Western Care Association will not be liable in respect of any costs incurred by interested providers in the preparation of the tender or any associated work effort. • Western Care Association may withdraw this tender process at any time prior to a written contract being entered into. • Please note that the lowest priced tender may not be chosen. • Responses to this tender request will be evaluated in their own right. No recognition will be given to information previously submitted. • Before any contract is awarded the successful tenderers (and agent, where appropriate) will be required to promptly produce an up to date Tax Clearance Access Number, or in the case of a non-resident tenderer, a statement from the Revenue Commissioners confirming suitability on tax grounds.
