Western Care Association invite tenders from competent suppliers for the supply of a NEW 9-seater H1 L1 wheelchair accessible minibus for use within Co Mayo. A detailed Specification of Requirements is provided at Appendix 2. PLEASE NOTE: We do not anticipate this vehicle cost to exceed €45,000 + VAT + VRT and all other charges incl. signage, conversion, VRT, delivery etc. The vehicle must be ready for immediate delivery. 3.0 Instructions to Tenderers Please note your proposal needs to include the information below. Failure to address each item may result in exclusion from the competitive process and any response that is not in the requested format may be rejected. You must clearly provide; o Business Name, address, telephone, email & VAT number o Detailed quotation addressing Specification of Requirements at Appendix 2 and include cost of vehicle, conversion, & VRT o Delivery timeline - Lead time on delivery of vehicle to Western Care Association, John Moore Road Castlebar. Co Mayo o Warranty provisions - a minimum period of 24 months is required o Your costs must be itemised in Euro with VAT rate and TOTAL quote amount clearly outlined. o You must provide your current Tax clearance certificate/tax access number o Signed attached declaration at Appendix 1 o You must confirm your quotation remains valid for 6 months from the closing date of this tender call A digital copy of the tender must be submitted to the e-tenders post box NO LATER than Friday 29th October 2021 @ 5pm.
