Tender description

The Corporate Business Support team (CBS) wishes to appoint a Cab Service provider for a period of 3 years with the option of extending for a further 2 years.\r It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st November 2021.\r \r The successful provider will provide an efficient, reliable and reasonably priced service for all booking requests.\r CBS currently has a rolling contract with its current provider Sam's Cars and so is free to explore other providers and enter a new contract.\r The aim is to award a contract to a competent single supplier for an initial period of three years with the option to extend to five years.\r The successful provider must be able to fulfil all bookings made.\r Hackney Council employees will need to be able to send booking requests to CBS for same day and future journeys with confidence that it will be fulfilled by the provider.\r \r The successful bidder will provide an Account Manager, accountable for the delivery of the service and quality assurance.\r \r There should be a 24/7 telephone service available to make bookings and an email address that is monitored during working hours that can be used to send bookings for non urgent requests to.\r \r The provider must only accept bookings from the CBS team and a password should be required for any telephone bookings.
