Tender description

The project consisted of the internal refurbishment of current vacant space on Albert Ward at Farnham Road Hospital to a specialist suite for people suffering from a mental health crisis. Whilst the area designated for the works on Albert Ward was vacant at time of the ITT being issued, there were adjacent areas that are occupied (Victoria Ward above, Albert Suite Eating Disorders Service adjacent). The contractor would need to ensure minimal disturbance to these areas during the course of the work.
