The premises to which the works described below are to be carried, are pair of maisonettes within a block of 4No maisonettes on the North side of Oakwood Road. The works to 13/15 Oakwood Road, Northwood Hills, HA5 3UD comprise, principally, of the following:- Specialist piled underpinning to the East and West (front and rear) walls, internal walls and ground floor slab (part) to those parts of the block which contains Flat No's 13 (ground floor) and 15 (first floor). To carry out internal and external cosmetic repairs to brickwork and finishes, including stitching of cracking, use of Helifix stainless steel ties, easing and adjusting of doors etc To strip out and reinstate ground floor flat to accommodate the works including furniture etc. storage. To carry out associated internal and external redecoration and works to Flat No. 15 The lopping and pruning, and removal of trees, carried out by separate Arboricultural Contractor.
