Tender description
The contract covers two distinct sites (approximately 2.5 miles apart) within the Clooney Area of the City. -Site A is located along Nelson Drive (opposite house numbers 63 to 66 Nelson Drive), waterside, Derry/Londonderry. -Site B is located between Glendermott Cricket Club and the former ‘Ebrington Primary School’ site and is accessible via either Cliftonville Avenue or Lapwing Way, both waterside, Derry/Londonderry. The contract is predominently for the minor demolition and removal of former buildings’ remaining underground features/elements (such as foundations, FFL slabs, lower walls, services pipes/cables, drainage, etc.), the partial removal of un-calibrated rubble laid out on the sites and reinstatement of the latter into green open spaces. please refer to CfT document for further detail
