•Survey all properties to determine dimensions and specific requirements for all aspects of the work. Undertaking lead paint testing and asbestos surveys. •Removal and disposal of existing, design, supply, and installation of new windows, patio/balcony doors, block entrance, refuse and meter cupboard doors. •Removal and disposal of existing, design, supply, and installation of new rainwater goods and associated fascias and soffits. •General internal and external refurbishment works i.e., internal decorations, painting to external metal work, removal, and disposal of existing and installation of new communal floor finishes. •General electrical works including the removal and disposal of existing, design, supply, and installation of communal emergency lighting, communal satellite TV system and ventilation systems to individual flats. •General builders work including brickwork and pointing repairs, fencing replacement and elements of making good following new installations.
