Royal Observatory Greenwich Refurbishment of 28" Telescope Space •Site set-up with external site fencing and appropriate signage •Supply and installation of full internal and external site protection •Full contract site dilapidation photographic survey •Isolation and removal of existing electrical lighting and small power installations •Isolation and removal of existing interpretation graphics and associated lighting installations •Chasing of plastered wall surfaces for the installation of new electrical containment systems •Fabrication and installation of bespoke perimeter lighting ring •Fabrication and installation of bespoke exhibition furniture and associated in-built AV equipment •Supply and installation of new themed lighting and associated electrical wiring installation •Installation of new interpretation graphics and associated lighting systems •Installation of new small power, AV and data systems •Installation of new emergency lighting installation •Installation of new automatic fire detection system •Installation of new security CCTV and intruder alarm systems •Refurbishment of existing dome rotation control system •Fabrication and installation of internal carpentry works •Complete refurbishment and redecoration/decoration of interior walls, windows, doors, architraves, cupboards, fixtures and fittings
