<p>The Council is looking to establish a service delivery model which better suits the changing need of the department and that of our expanding client group. The requirement is split into two distinct parts and has been separated into 5 contracted Lots: - Lot 1 – Provision for Managing Agent Services at Howbury Accommodation Centre - Lot 2 – Provision for Managing Agent Services at Betsham Accommodation Centre - Lot 3 – Provision of Block contract(s) for the provision of temporary accommodation - Lot 4 – Framework for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation - Lot 5 – Provision for Management of temporary accommodation housing stock</p> Keywords: Temporary Accommodation, Managing Agent
